Students at P.S. 120 the magnet school for architecture, engineering and design engage in activities that relate to finding solutions to real-world problems through project-based learning. Students are encouraged to use the social nature of learning to enhance problem-solving skills. Pre-k through 5th grade students utilize state of the art technology such as 3d printers, a stem lab, smart tables, smart boards, and tablets.

Architecture & Engineering LabPS 120's Architecture and Engineering lab is fully equipped with a precision laser cutter, student laptops, a state of the art touchscreen SMART board, architect drafting tables, microscopes, 3D printers, and other equipment to help bring learning to life. Students will explore their creativity and curiosity in this innovative maker-space. |
